Excellent service!! Very professional in all aspects of what you expect from a service company. ON TIME, COMMUNITIVE, POLITE, EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WOULD DO AND DID IT, NO SHORT CUTS, ALLOWED AFTER WORK INSPECTION ( with no pressure to hurry up we got to go!) !!!!!
We had issue with gift card I had purchased but was MY fault for not presenting prior to service, but these guys were able to go back and apply gift card and followed through with us til it showed up resolved. Again this was NOT their fault but they followed up to make sure I was satisfied!! THAT IS PROFESSIONAL!!

They were amazing they were patient with me while I tried to figure out times and they were understanding and super helpful! They helped me out with in two hours of me calling. Wow! I am so happy with my car after the team at Flawless Diamonds took care of it. There is not a single crumb or single dog hair in my car and it smells great. They did not put any icky fragrance in my car - my car just smells like nothing and it is AMAZING. The man who took down my information was so pleasant and professional and he was able to get me scheduled same day (a Monday). I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. My car was atrocious and Flawless Diamonds Mobile Detailing gave it a second life. I appreciated the attention to detail and them being communicative regarding the need to upgrade the package due to the deep stains on the interior. These guys made my car shine like brand new, inside-out.

Best detailing I’ve had! Mario worked on my car for over 2 hours, my car is 10 years old but looked brand new when he was finished. Definitely will be using them again and recommending to friends.
